Health Commitment Charter

Because your comfort, health and safety have always been at the heart of our priorities, HOTEL ASTRID PARIS has implemented a Charter of Commitment, valid within our establishment.

WELCOMING YOU IN SECURITY, AN ABSOLUTE NECESSITY

At the first warning signs, we implemented several preventive measures. In particular, training for all hotel staff in order to scrupulously apply all the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the Government and the Regional Health Agencies.

The hygiene rules of our hotel have been adapted so that our teams can work and welcome you safely.

  • Continuous training and testing for our teams

  • A referent has been appointed to oversee the implementation of protective measures, staff training and monitoring compliance with the instructions;
  • Staff have been trained in new procedures related to COVID-19;
  • Prevention information and a reminder of barrier actions are available to our staff;
  • We have strengthened our cleaning protocol in common areas: elevator, corridors, staircase, lobby, reception;
  • We removed the decorative pillows and throws from the bedrooms. For your comfort, we leave the courtesy trays at your disposal in the rooms. We can remove them on request;

  • A redesigned welcome for your safety

The breakfast room and its buffet are accessible, and the wearing of a mask is compulsory (except at the table). We will ask you to inform us of your breakfast schedule and to comply with it. So that everyone can enjoy a good breakfast, please vacate your table as soon as you are restored.

We can also provide you with a continental breakfast in your room upon simple call from you.

In order to comply with local legislation, special enhanced measures may apply in certain countries

  • Before your arrival
  • We will contact you to find out your arrival time and limit crowding effects;
  • We ensure the ventilation of the rooms at least 2 hours a day;
  • We pay particular attention to the contact points: handles, switches, remote control;
  • All keys are disinfected for each use;

  •  Upon your arrival
  • Hydroalcoholic gel at your disposal;
  • Our receptionists welcome you behind a plexiglass plate, have hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes for their workspace
  • An email will be sent to you to obtain your agreement for remote payment as well as to know your breakfast schedule.
  • The elevator is reserved for going upstairs. Ideally, use the stairs to descend - stairs whose ramp is disinfected every 2 hours
  • To limit the number of contacts on reception, we offer:

- To pay for your stay, ideally for distance selling with the bank card given at the time of booking;

- In the event of refusal of distance selling, to pay for your stay, ideally by bank card, the terminal of which is cleaned each time it is used;

  • For the duration of your stay
  • Display of information and recommendations in common areas and in your room;
  • Materialization, where possible, of a traffic plan to respect the safety distances;
  • Reduction in the number of seats in the lobby, making sure to keep a distance of 1.5m. between the seats;
  • Application of the room cleaning protocol in accordance with the procedures (disinfection, rigorous and repetitive hand washing of staff, specific order of passage to ensure optimal disinfection, etc.);

For security reasons and for your health protection, room cleaning is not guaranteed in the case of a stay of several nights unless requested by you.

  • At the time of your departure
  • Provision of a box for storing your key for disinfection before each new use;
  • Send the invoice for your stay directly by email;
  • If you have consented, your bank card will have been the subject of a distance sale (VAD)
